Understandable that it's disappointing to find issues like this on components that are generally rated highly, and not cheap rubbish, but perhaps give the manufacturer a chance to investigate.

I'm pretty sure no compoent has a perfect 100%.

Rover had similar.

Have been using Pagid Discs & Pads on both cars for years, without issue.
German manufacture & braking development partners to Audi,BMW,M.B. & Porsche,so not a cheapo product.

I have used Pagid discs and pads on my 911 Turbo, 944 Turbo and a Lotus Exige track car without any issues and they take far more punishment than a Rover 75 could ever give them!

Amazing pad, maybe in the V6 I'd consider 1155 's.
Look for that number in the long code numbers, usually something like MPB1234 1144 X etc.
Wouldn't touch the EBC stuff after I replaced "greenstuff" with 1144 Mintex, the difference on track in my 309 GTi was unreal.

Just my opinion, not shared by many.

Sam.

I will share your disappointment with you, as the pagid discs on my tourer also got warped within a short time after fitting.

I also had pagids fitted ti my V6, but these are still 100%!!

Have you been in touch with Euro car parts, have you had any communication from them, have you been in touch with Pagid.

Hi.
Don't blame the pads completely.
I’ve come across this before. It can be due to a sticky caliper, the backing expands and makes a nice crack on the friction material. It can also show up on Auto's more due to some drivers using the left foot to brake and resting their foot on the brake while driving!
Also if you are 100% certain the pads are to blame don’t blame ECP blame the manufacturer!
