Oh poo !!!!!!

I'm going to make a list and do all the jobs in one go ( horns, fan resistor, O rings, stainless fittings etc... ), once I'm brave enough to try removing the bumper.....

Hope you get it sorted buddy.
If it's the Mk1 it's really easy to do. It will take longer to attach the badge than it does to take the grill off.

Would be nice I didn't have to.
Hi Neil.
MGZT and facelift the grill can not be removed as with the early R40 grills, so bumper off or you could fit it to the bottom grill with the under tray removed.

I was right in thinking this was a bumper off job then.

Currently my undertray is at the garage who keeps my cars on the road because I thought I had an oil leak but it was just the undertray being caked in old oil and dirt.
They cleaned it off for me but I haven't had it refitted yet.
So I can get them fitted to the bottom grill along with the MG Owners badge as well.
Cool, happy with that.

That's okay.
It does look as if you can remove the grill separately but sadly not.

I wonder if it could be done though, make the grill detachable.

I can confirm the bumper does need to be removed on a facelift. Does not take too long to do though.
