Um err not saying
Btw does that include motorbikes as they always feel faster 140 to 150 on a bike is really scary, in a capable car it is just sort of whoosh.........

Oh and I did have temporary use of an Astra max van once and everyone knows they are the fastest cars in the whole world, if not the universe!

Maintaining speed is also a challenge I won't go into details but for a very valid reason in 1992 I once needed to be at Taunton Hospital asap I was 180 miles away, when I had a call at about 01:00 in the morning to get there quick at the time I had a 2.0 4x4 Sierra I drove it there virtually flat out all the way (no idea why I was not actually stopped) and I was well in to licence losing speeds, I was just in time.

Come on keith......spill the beans, how fast....I wont tell.

If we talk bikes then I am sorry to say I have been the wrong side of 150 many times....deeply scary....hence the slower bike now.

Fastest I've been was trying to catch the convoy to Haynes last Sunday. Didn't dare look at speedo!

Yeah! You're right. Car is going much better, noticed it tonight. So did wife, her turn to drive home after Indian meal. (Well, the car is in her name so it's only fair that she should drive it!)
Nothing to beat an 'Italian tune-up'

Think North Weald or Detling Aerodrome straight lines and Parachutes.
Speed not relevant split seconds are what matters.
