Just to say thanks to Pete and everyone for organising yesterday...and hats off to whoever organised the sunshine!
Huge thank-you especially to Phil for the remap. And also for confirming I need a new MAF. Aircon was sorely in need of some gas, so cheers to Gaz and Steve for sorting that. Great to meet some of you in the flesh...and get some useful tips. So busy doing that in fact I forgot to get the camera out. Certainly be up for another trip down the M1!

Once again it was a brilliant meet !! and Steve916 performed magnificently fitting my compensator and my brake now just makes the two click stop !!! I hope my care wasnt too hot for you steve, coincidence tha your wife and my friend craig came from same place !!! that happened to me many years ago I was sitting in bar in famagusta when the guy on next stool said I know you, turned out he sat behind me in senior school !!! weird or what.
Bob has done his usual brilliant job with the pics but made me realise I need to lose weight !!!! Im beggining to look like alfred hitchcock !!! well in certain area anyway. There were some superb cars there most of which put Woof to shame, but he did receive some nice compliments re his paint job, I did take a few pics but like others spent so much time chatting I didnt get to take that many, Petetourer did a a magnificent job organizing the meet again and I hope to come to many more at Caladecotte or even a nano type camp would be fantastic, now who knows a farmers with a nice field we could borrow for a weekend. There is one going out of west wycombe pete where they host the car boot sale during each year and you can get well over 200 cars on that site, just a thought as you are local to there. Aircon was perfect on way home so well worth the trip for that alone usual great company and met so lovely new ones, cant wait for the next meeting. Mike |
