Hi all

Could we ask that if you think you may not be coming do pm us to let us know, ditto if you are coming and not on the list please register - this way we will do our best to make sure we can park everyone up in the space provided. Parking is going to be tighter than we have had at previous meets but it will not be like Tesco's car park on a Saturday morning we promise. If we have some turn up on the day on the off chance then they are most welcome but its possible they would have to park in an overspill car park by the racing circuit. This is around 80 yards from the main parking area.

This event has proved so popular that we have already upped the parking space reserved for us

I can say now that I will not be making it, So that's a ZTT off the list, ease the parking a bit maybe.

I have to pull out of attending the event

Unfortunately, my orthpaedic exploratory surgery is taking place on the 19th and I need to be admitted to the hospital on the 18th.

Have a great day guys - I'll be waiting to see loads of pictures
