Will probably need to either reduce the file size or change the format. Not had time to play yet....I will though
Good morning Jeff, there are lots of videos for the fans, well done you

It must be tempting to leave the Canon at home now you have the iPhone 15 Pro.

I need to upgrade my MacBook Pro as my old one no longer handles updates, but that is one of the downsides of owning an old MBP and it’s the same with the iPhones. I have three iPhones which still work but can no longer be updated, the 3, 4S and 6 plus.

My current phone is the XR which is really useful for grab shot photography and photo editing, not sure if I will upgrade it or not this year. With the expense of everything, we are not in a position to have contract phones and have to make do with Pay-As-You-Go and second hand phones.

The 4S I bought from you all those years ago.

A new camera would be nice but that might have to wait until next year. I am disappointed, as Olympus mirrorless are stuck at 20.7MP, so might have to change brand when the time comes.

As we retirees we have to live on less, not that I am complaining, we count our blessings

I received a notification from Pay Master General UK my NHS pension was going up, then I received a letter from HM Government, informing me that my tax code has changed and I will be paying more tax. It is what it is, give with one hand and take with the other, but every penny helps.

At last, it’s great to see the UK enjoying warmer temperatures after such a miserable winter.

Yesterday I collected my MRI report and MRI DVD from the hospital, then had to deliver it to another hospital for the appointment on Monday.

Today we are having a day off from going anywhere.

Have you anything planned for the weekend?

Morning all, It's going to be the hottest day of the year so far for us today, Cloudy with sunny intervals & get this! A high of 22C.

I've got to get Noreen downstairs to take her to a hospital appointment this morning, That's going to be fun again. That stairlift can't come quick enough.

Jeff, a tech question.

Our inverter in our PV system has surge protection before the inverter. Do we need individual sockets to have a surge protector after the inverter? ie power coming from the inverter to the TV, fridge, microwave? Thank you

Boy has it been hot today, No direct sunlight & muggy as heck with no wind, I'm bright red with having my t-shirt off doing the gardening & re-potting plants

Yesterday's Korma curry for tea tonight for me & cod fillets, mash & veggies for the missus & daughter.

Default Tui Reminders?

We usually book online, turn up at the airport and Bob's yer uncle. This year, we have been bombarded with email reminders for all the stuff that we take for granted as preparation - "Have you remembered to .....(blah, blah, blah)"?

Well actually, "Yes"! I do it every year! I've even had a lady from the local office ringing with the same reminders. She started off on the wrong foot by asking my date of birth! "Why would I give my date of birth out over the phone?" She was not happy and neither was I! I Know that I've gone 70 but I'm not senile yet! We ended up on good terms and she wished me a good holiday.

I will be avoiding the "pot" this year!
