I seriously need a heavy duty painkiller, paracetamol is as effective as Tic-tac's. Kinda developing into a sciatica type of pain, I can barely hobble around the house with the crutch. Wish this had happened during the week when I could speak to a doc, not allowed any stronger over the counter stuff without speaking to one first.

Heading for bed soon, pain was easier to cope with in bed last night.
