There was a request for more Quizzie stuff (Cheers Ian ) so here's today's barkings:

Out for what turned out to be a 2 hours walk.

Breezy but bright and dry and even some warm sunshine.

Several swims in the river which is now getting back done to a rather more sensible level. Clever girl won't go in when it's in flood - don't know how she knows, but she does.

Got back, been washed off and dried. Had lunch and now curled up and snoring (I'm sure she snores both longer and louder as she gets older) .

As they say, it's a dog's life

Andy.

Got mum's shopping in and a telling off for going out! More paracetomols for the headache! Done a test and it isn't Covid. Whatever it is/was, you don't want it. No energy, still coughing, sneezing and sniffling. I hate being poorly!

The weathers been good today for a change & there's been some warmth in the sun, I've been in the garden getting jobs done all day & got a red face & arms from the sun.. Mind you I can get burned from an 100 watt bulb

My strawberry plants are kaput Out of 20 plants only two have survived due to the Vine weevil grub they've destroyed them, I've picked out dozens of the blighters from the compost & threw them to the birds who have scoffed the lot.

Nice one Andy, Good to know Quizzie is still in good spirits.

Cool

Good morning all.

Chucking it down this morning.

Over did the walking yesterday and paid the price with aches and pains in the ankle. Felt blooming tired all day.

So easy day today.

Morning all.

Yes, raining here too.

Quizzie has been outside, done what she needs to do and come straight back in.

And..... curled up and gone back to sleep.

What a miserable rainy day, Still chucking it down here Been out to get some cat litter & called at the hairdressers for a quick trim, There was nobody in there so straight into the chair
Cottage pie looking top notch again Jeff I'm just cooking some chicken thighs in cream & spices for tea tonight with some mashed spuds.

The new Fife circle line is out on TSW 4 & it looks great, Dare I incur the wrath of 'er indoors' & get it

You'll soon have the whole of Europes train network at the rate you keep going

I would just like to say, I'm back home now and it is still sunny. Fliss is enjoying it in the conservatory ...
