Swindon built. It is a genuine Honda. Rover only built Concerto's and diesel engines and transmissions for Honda.

Yep. It's the really early Uk built shape so looks quite smart.

Oh imagine how pleased I am!!

Marina two that had a new clutch etc when the engine was removed for painting... I just went to use it. It is stored in a garage.
It wouldn't start... Got it started, foot on clutch... No gear selection possible. Clutch has seized to the flywheel. It's only been stood for about
8 weeks. I am really starting to hate this car.
Marina one however when left starts like it's warm and does everything it's meant to?! Go figure!

Just the newness wearing off mate fire it up in 3rd or 4th with your foot on the clutch, usually works

Pics of the beast, to look at it you wouldn't think it was very quick but it goes like a rocket. Dare I say it I think it is quicker than my old V6 75. Certainly it doesn't need poking as hard to move!
