After Phil's photos not sure if I'd want chicken thighs As for the vertigo, sounds like what both my folks had, labyrinthitis, a recurring infection of the inner ear.

Good that the physio had you moving around Phil, yes they do tend to have a cruel streak!

Needed to go out today but didn't feel up to it, using the "reserve" filter coffee. Mentioned I phoned on Friday to cancel the scan today but it was an answering machine, curious to see if the message was actually listened to or whether I'll be accused of being a no show.

Good evening Phil,

How did you find the little walk ?

Glad the pain is easing off and the Surgeon was pleased with his work

Cool

Evening everyone.

Got a lot done today, even in the rain. Collected my garden bulbs ready for our next planting. Made an appointment for my eye test. Went to the AppleJack farm shop and bought a few bits for todays casserole.

I’ll be attending a funeral tomorrow of a very close neighbour, and a ex-ZT owner. Hopefully the rain will hold off.

Good evening Jeff, the walk gave me a sense of achievement and tomorrow I will do it again and go a bit further.

When the lower abdomen was cut, blood drained into the testicles and guess word - turning the gentilia black. Two female nurses grabbed the balls and measured up the swelling, one chaperones the other. I have to think of Land Hope and Glory whilst this measurement takes place.

So far, so good
