Cars washed and leathered off. Lynda's Polo going for MOT soon, so all checked round, touched up and serviced, so, fingers crossed!!! The older I get, the more that servicing etc., make me ache!!! Really don't want to get one of those all singing, all dancing "modern" cars! Lynda and I like to "drive" a car. The "modern" ones that I have been in just take the skill out of it!

And worse of they go wrong! It's usually a dealer job to diagnose the issues nowadays Mike.

Morning. Dry(ish) here, compared to the last few days anyway, still decidedly cool and damp.

Morning all,

All our best wishes to Richard and his family for his recovery and the new home.

It's a good deal cooler here and more cloud, no wet stuff as of yet though.

Hi Jeff,

Thank you and Ros very much for your good wishes for Richard and his family.

Thank you to Andy and Bob for reporting in about Richard and I will say how everyone in the lounge are good mates to him.

I add, the people who upset him are not chill outers.

Jeff, when you see those cars for a photo shoot, do you have any favourites?

Torrential rain here now, soaked to the skin trying to fit a door on the barn, so wet the drill stopped working.

Shirred and changed clothes, I'll try again a bit later once the drill has dried out.

No wonder devon is so green!

The heavy rain isn't due to hit us until early evening here.
I forgot just how heavy this jukebox was to move, Had to take the door off to get it in the kitchen, Time for a cold one me thinks, Everything done now ready for the carpet fitters tomorrow except for hoovering up.

Looks a hefty old lump Ian! I'd have 2 cold ones, you deserve it.
