I wondered if you were in residence when the heavens opened

Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Guilty as charged.
I’m back home now though, it was only a quick visit.
Back again next week 😊

Cool

Morning everyone. The sun is out.

Off out today for a mid week meal with the CMGOC. Meeting at Pool near Camborne. Then convoying to a Thai restaurant on the Lizard.

Morning all, It's a cool Autumnal morning with condensation covering everything outside. It's the first half decent sleep I've had in weeks with cooler overnight temps.

Good morning everyone and a good morning to you Ian. That’s great news you received yesterday from the oncologist about the PSA levels are within the normal range and the prostate size is okay. Hopefully she he can help with the “getting up in the night” frequency. It makes a difference getting good news for a change, well done you.

Yesterday Jessica and I had the tidal pool to ourselves as the weather made everyone else shy away. The water temp was 19C and it felt chilly going in. We managed to swim 200m and will be going back today for more of the same. Friday is forecast for a warmer day at 25C, something to look forward to

I didn't know there was a season.

I'm supposed to water the garden . . . . one forecast says its raining now (must be the rare Scottish dry rain ), another forecast says rain later. I know if I water it'll rain, if I don't water it wont

Cheers Phil, Jeff, After not hearing anything for 7 months since the radiotherapy sessions I was well happy with some good news for a change

It's been a busy day today, We're having new carpets on Monday & although it's free fitting they want a small fortune to take up the old carpets & dispose of them. These carpets are well past their sell by date

I said I'll cut them up in sections & take them to the recycling centre meself.

They want empty rooms/stairs & landing by first thing Monday morning so I stated lifting it up today & moving furniture into the conservatory.

I also mowed the front & back lawns as it's forecast rain tomorrow & they needed mowing badly. Lots of clippings for the compost heaps
Time for a soak in a red hot bath before tea. We'll be having Haddock fillets, new potatoes peas & carrots for tea tonight.
