What time would you recommend I get there?

10.30am : Meet officially starts

When you arrive make sure you register, get your badge, voting slip and some other information. Take your time to look at the great range of cars we will have on display. Take a look at the Museum and grab some lunch.

2:00pm : Hand in your voting slip to the Registration desk

3:00pm : Gather around the registration desk so that the winner can be announced, the raffle can take place and hear some words about the club

5:00pm : The meet officially ends

Whereas I am looking forward to seeing the aviation exhibits and the array of 75 and ZT's at Cosford, I will feel a little sad that a major aviation exhibit is no longer at Cosford. In 2008 the British Airways VC10 was broken up and disposed off........institutional vandalism. Do whatever it takes to prevent your own example of superb British engineering going the same way.

RAF Cosford doesn't close till 5PM so you will still have time after meet for anything you missed.

For all those coming tomorrow can you please arrive NO EARLIER than our designated start time of 10:30am. This will give the Team time to set things up and then allow us to park you up properly in our exclusive car park area. Thanks.

Sadly and unwillingly, I'll be missing this event

To all fellow members coming to Cosford meet: have a nice uneventful drive and a nice time on Saturday evening and Sunday
I'm flying tomorrow to see my family and back in the middle of next week
I will be waiting for the photos (Internet is great :lol

Of course, you are more than welcome to turn up tomorrow and pay on the gate.
