LOL I'm slowly getting the gist of twin driving positions, I nearly messed up on the scenario yesterday. After stopping in Tees yard with the 600 tonnes of steel wagons they don't half push you forward when you brake to hard I jumped down from the cab to uncouple them, Not looking where I was going I got back in on the other side of the cab & sat at the other driving desk & to finish the scenario you have to power down the loco in a set way,

I couldn't get the train brake to the shut down position or see the safety key, It took me two minutes to find out I was at the other driving desk Finally sorted it & got top points & a Gold medal

That's why most Greeks wear rubber boots and gloves! The main electrical supply board to our hotel was open to the elements the last time that we were there! I asked if it should have doors on and they told me that it was easier to get at, to fix the fuses, the way that it was!!!!

As a "passed man" (been through the driver's course but not yet appointed as a driver) a pair of 20s was good for a driving turn (higher grade duty) as you usually ended up having to disconnect the multiple working connections between them and drive them singly, driver on one and you on the other.

Soon I'll find repose

And then I'll hold you in my dreams
