Good morning all,

Dentist this afternoon:

A double crown has to be removed with the dentist drilling down through the top of two crowns joined together in order to separate and uncap before the root canal treatment can be carried out and the decay attended to.

I booked a 2 hour appointment. When I had this done last week on another tooth, the dentist used a mini cordless electric drill with a light on the end of it, it was fascinating! But, I still hated the sound of it.

“No pain, no gain”

I wonder if that’s true.

What’s everyone up to?

All the best for your next round of dentistry Phil.

Work this morning for me, then I've got some gammon to cook for dinner. Was going to do it yesterday but we ended up clearing some of the garage out to make space for the new bathroom fixtures and fittings when they arrive.
Might knock up an apple wholemeal (no added sugar) crumble as well

Thank you Jeff for your good wishes. These days on the internet it’s fashionable to be irreverent or it’s F this, and F that, but I have never been able to master it, so I am polite. Maybe I am old fashioned, I was brought up to say please and thank you and to respect my elders.

Are you doing the bathroom fittings yourself? How stressful, as I know you will have to get it right

Apple crumble is one my favourites, enjoy

Hi Phil,

The builder who built the garden studio is doing the bathroom .
I’ll be supplying the coffee and biscuits lol!

He is starting the day before Nans funeral. We are having everything done. New tiles floor and walls, bathroom suite and all new fittings .

Tonight's film is a Will Hay classic.
