Morning all, morning Jeff. Cottage pie is one of my favourites and when I showed Jessica your photos here, Jessica said she is going to do me a pie for later, thank you Jessica and thank you Jeff.

Thank you Jeff for the photos of the food preparations. I think food photography is difficult. The cottage pie on the plate with the vegetables was a nice touch. Thank you, thank you.

Lots of rain last night, despite this it’s expected to reach 25C and sunny.

What’s everyone up to?

Morning Steve and Ging, 100% to you both for getting up early in the cold weather. Where you live is it isolated and remote? do you have good neighbours who look out for each other? Catch you later

Morning Phil, morning all.

Happy to oblige with the photos and happy that Jessica is going to treat you.

All my food photos are just done with the iPhone and the kitchen lighting. Don't want to be letting the food get cold dragging out the 'proper' gear

It's still sitting around freezing here back in Blighty Phil. 'Tis meant to be sunny later today though.

Morning Steve,

It's the best part of the day don't you think ?

I'm off to get some of the Christmas food shopping today. I'll get the fresh/short shelf life stuff nearer the date .

Cool

At 21.00 last night we had a thick blanket of snow.

At 07.00 this morning it has all gone.

My yearly MOT at the the quacks went ok, but now I have to monitor my blood pressure every morning and evening for a week.
I have also put my name down for the weekly diabetes course via Zoom starting in January.
I did the weight loss course earlier this year.

2 stone lost from this time last year, same height. Heart rate very good, pulse strong in my feet. I passed the feet prodding. And bloods taken for a whole of things.

Happy with that.

Good morning Bob, you’re doing well as it’s so hard to lose weight. Having said that I went from 103kg last year down to 73kg last month and now I am up to 84kg, I am feeling stronger with the extra weight going back on and the appetite has returned to normal after the big op, now in week 10 post-op.

Looking at your most recent photo on FB of you Bob wearing the Christmas shirt at a restaurant, your a picture of health, no obesity and pulses in both feet is excellent. That’s a great photo of you with your mates at the eatery ….. Whatever you’re doing, keep it up.

Live long and prosper

P.S …….Any news from the greens about reinstating the thank you button?
