Morning all,

Looks like the makings of a nice day out there.
Can't quite motivate myself to go out to take some sunrise photos as I have a busy day doing just that for work.

Might see about getting some sunset photos later if the weather holds though

Well that was a waste of time! Had an appointment this morning at my local clinic to get my next three monthly prostate hormone injection & they knew nowt about it

The oncology people at Christies referred me to my local clinic instead of having to go there & sent a letter to my GP telling him. I rang up the clinic a month ago to make sure they knew about it & they will have the hormone injection in place.

They said they'll book me in for today & have the injection in place. When I turned up they had nowt on the system for me there

I'm back . . . . took several days to get my guts back to normal or as normal as they get. That and had two days of humping Xmas stuff out of the loft, Ging goes way OTT but that's the Filipino way with Christmas.

I had to laugh. Ging thought she'd bought a memory foam mattress topper for the spare room, she sleeps there when she's nightshift. Didn't buy a mattress topper . . . . bought a memory foam mattress! She decided to put it on the bed anyway, hellfire, liable to get vertigo, needs the kitchen steps to get on the bed, God help her if she ever falls out

Homemade Steak & kidney pudding turned out bootiful

The foil was stuck to the top of the pudding so I didn't risk removing it
