Morning all.
Dry and reasonably bright here. Everything's a bit soggy after yesterday but I'm sure the plants loved it. Take care everyone. |

Morning all, rained all night but dry and overcast here now, I'm sure more wet stuff will arrive shortly.

Gonna be one of those days! Already been a couple of really heavy blatters of rain, thundering on the kitchen roof. Wouldn't bother me but I need to go out There's a yellow warning for rain from 3pm til about midnight.

Same here Steve, Line full o washing & the heavy showers have started rolling through Been picking more ripe tomatoes off the vines for roasting to make into pasta sauce, Pulling up the spent vines in the greenhouses too. Where has this season gone? Over so quickly. I've got a ton of small sweet yellow tomatoes to pick yet for chutneys

The weather here has turn very cloudy, started raining quite hard, I wonder if rain and thunder will start, it’s looking and sounds like it’s going to happen now.

Nipped out and did a bit of shopping before the wet stuff arrives. Got one of those cleaning cartridges for the dishwasher, this time I'll try to remember to remove the sealing tab . . . . ran the cleaner through it a while ago, set it on the full, lengthy, hot cycle as per the instructions, opened it up after it finished and realised the sealing tab on the cleaner cartridge was still in place

Collected Baby Black Banana in the rain.
Swapped the toll bridge tag over. When I sold the Bear I kept the tag, as I used the balance on the tag with Banana. But now it belongs to Baby. And topped it up. Took Banana and went and done a big shop. And Tesco’s had my all time favourite single malt, 12 year old Caol Ila, back in stock. Not cheap but I had to have it. Read the manual on the car. Still no idea on half the buttons do but I managed to pair my phone into the music system. Fish n chips for tea.

Chucking it down here to the extent I've had to get out of the conservatory because the rain on the roof is deafening
I've done lots of roasted tomatoes today I think it'll have to be pasta for tea tonight. They're delicious
