Did it turn out to be ok? I've just fitted my Tazu mk1 master with flexi hose

I think so - I receive a replacement cylinder from the seller but I've not seen any leaking for about a week now & have a good clutch pedal- if it stays leak-free for another week, I'll put it down to residual fluid in the threads of the cap.
As my original problem was pedal to floor with no fluid loss, I'm thinking I had the piston/valve problem previously described by French Mike.

Default TAZU MKII seals on the way

I have just written to TAZU again, due to both my own and others concerns about the MKII's leaks, plus no seals received and what they are saying (instant response) is that the seals will be in tomorrow and shipped tomorrow.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Hi.
My MK1 has been on the car for nearly a year. I did get a trace of fluid for a week or so but it was entirely my own fault due to over-filling.
The copper pipe is fiddly but I have had no problems with it and no leaks after my residual over filling, the clutch is light and positive and I would totally recommend the MK1.

I agree, after having the mk2 and I've now fitted the mk1 it feels lighter and smoother.

Default Flexi hose for Diesel Master Cylinder

Good evening all

Before i go ahead with the order for the flexi hose, is this the latest thinking for it's set up

Fitting 1
: Swivel Male - M10x1.00mm - 70 degrees.
Fitting 2: Swivel Male - M10x1.00mm - Straight.
Hose length = 925mm.

I'm thinking of going a 940mm hose length just to be sure.

Second question is, are TAZU only selling the MK1 from their website? It looks like the MK1 but never seeing one in the flesh I can't be sure

Regards

Royster

Pay attention to the swivel male fittings, as the fixed fittings don't fit. Order the hose exactly as the description at the end of the how to post.

There is sufficient hose with the provided sizes, not sure what you would do with the extra.

The master in the pictures for the how to shows a Mk1 cylinder.
