First thought of a Honda NSX but, it looks like it has no doors?

Then Ginetta came to mind but, I'm not sure

A couple of clues then: This car was in essence nearer to a Ginetta than a Honda, and at one point they seriously looked at re-engineering it to use the K Series engine, but nothing came of it.
