I'm still going strong and completely switched to ecigs.

I have a couple of the Liberro sets and find them very good. You can easily refill the original tips. They come with little caps and you just put 6-8 drops of liquid into one of these and gently push the tip, mouth end down, into the cap and leave it for a few minutes to soak in. Be sure to wipe the tip well before putting it in your mouth.

Liberro is rather expensive though compared to the Microlite which is essentially the same thing. These didn't come out till after I'd bought the Liberros.

The Microlites are the ones I would recommend at the moment for someone starting out using ecigs.

Its times like this (I have had a cold since just before new year, its a proper man cold as I feel very sorry for myself and no one cares about it) when you realise how evil these little sticks are.

My chest is so bad and no doubt had I not been a smoker, then I wouldnt be weezing like a 50cc moped

Need to hunt the stick out of the draw again.

That was roughly why I quit - got fed up of sounding like a broken starter motor every morning.

Ecigs weren't around when I quit (about 5 1/2 years ago) and I took an unusual route with a Swedish product called snus. But how ever you do it, it's worth it.

Simon.

Did you read my post 82 in this thread ???

It explains how your lungs are supposed to clean themselves.

Cos your little hairs are bunged up instead of having 24 hours cleaning each day you are trying to do it all in the morning !!!

Corf-corf-corf.

Now is your best chance to say 'Goodby Fags'
