My recipe is alternative; smoked Mackerel, smoked Haddock, loads of garlic, onions, egg, cardamom pods, cloves (ten of each) with Basmati rice. I also add a Cinnamon stick and some Termeric powder for colour!* Damn it! I'm going to make some later! Anyone want a more detailed recipe and how to? I'll post it on here!
