I’m having to cut out all that, as I’m getting to be a bit of a fat b stard. No chocolate , deserts, cream cakes or fast food during the week. Replaced pies with sandwiches, no alcohol during the week is nothing new anyway, I only have 1 bottle on Fri, Sat and Sunday evening. Going to start visiting the gym once a week and start walking to the sho more, instead of driving. This heart thing with b I l has made me think, “ that could be me, if I don’t watch out” I’m now in the right age group.
