The weather here went belly up too as soon as Jeff mentioned he was going to his boat

Afternoon all, It's been a grey wet day here but has now stopped raining.
It's been so mild this Winter the grass is starting to grow

and some rose plants are starting to flower.

Banger's & mash green beans,cauliflower & sweetcorn with leek gravy, no onions in the veg cupboard

Did the Massaman curry tonight . . . . other half liked it but I wasn't impressed! Two problems I think, the cinnamon stick was well out of date, despite me other half saying it would be ok I think it was as effective as cardboard and the curry paste (small sachet) wasn't up to the rest of the ingredients, needed more, also didn't notice when I bought the paste but I tried the same manufacturer's green curry paste a while ago and didn't think it was up to much. There's enough for tomorrow but don't think I'll bother.
