Talking of breakfast.....

I may have said one treat a week but.............Got back early from work so I'm doing a cooked breakfast.
No beans or black puddin' at home so I'll have to make do with what I have got.

I'm cooking the sausages in the oven, grilling the tomatoes and bacon and scrambling the eggs to cut back on the fried stuff though

I'm going to have to start putting more holes in my belt, I'm at the last one now.

Ended up phoning the GP, I wasn't happy about being irritable and short tempered, that ain't me, also even minor exertion results in mild nausea and dizziness. He asked me to nip along and see him, full once over, unlike the first doc I saw he explained because of how I banged me head its a fairly bad concussion and it would probably get worse over the following days before it gets better. Doesn't see any need to go for scans etc. Kinda put my mind at ease.

By the way, he said if I ever do it again try to hit the ground with my forehead, much safer than with the side of the head . . . . advice I hope I don't ever have to follow!
