Morning all,

Thoughts with Rod and Angela for your Sister at this time.
Hope her breathing can be improved to make her more comfortable.

Today will be the last Bacon Baguette of 2018......It's gone quick thats for sure!

Shame my Dad is down visiting his Brother in Hampshire at the moment or you could have popped in to say hello. He lives in Earls Colne as well

Afternoon. Apologies for my absence the last few days, got a lot going on. Always regarded this alleged liver problem as a joke as I feel fine and the tests they've performed proved sodall either way! However, the other day they carried out another test with a new scanner they have and the doc, worryingly, said there's more evidence of fibrosis that he was expecting . . . . sh1t! Took blood for a test, if the results agree with the scan talking about a biopsy. I said to him but I feel fine, his reply was by the time you start feeling symptoms its too far gone

He said the best thing is weight loss so from that moment I'm aiming to lose as much as I can in as short a time as possible. He advised a 10% loss but I'm regarding that as a minimum. What I find really annoying is that the appointment was put back twice, by them, I could have taken action months ago.
