Evening all, been not too bad a day here today.A couple of heavy showers, but on the mild side. I can hardly work pain free just now, having terrible neck ache each day. I am going to make an appointment with an osteopath, ad I can't deal with this pain and aching all the time

We picked up a tip from one of the removals men about using a Belladonna plaster/patch over the affected area. He said when his back locks up, the pain is unbearable and the only thing which works for him is to wear the patch for 3 days, then he is ok and is able to get back to the job. Yesterday I took Jessica to the airport for her flight last night to Nairobi. The same thing, but she needed a wheelchair to get to the plane. On Monday she had acupuncture and saw a chiropractor for her back.

The Belladonna patch helped Jessica endure the long flight. She said it numbed the pain by deadening the nerve. A homeopathic remedy with no guarantees that it will work for everyone.

Jessica has had a bad back on and off since the age of 25. Richard, I sincerely hope the osteopath is able to bring you relief with his magic fingers - guys no funny comments please. Richard, have a peaceful night.

Cool

Oh! Look it's raining, again.

Allen, Val and I are off to the Cornish MGOC Xmas dinner tonight at the Quintrell Inn near Newquay. Carvery and dessert plus coffee and mints and all for a staggering £10.50 per person.
We have eaten there before so we know the grub is ok, and it is the base pub for the MG Club

They are having a raffle, a memobilia auction and awards ceremony. I might, just might, take a camera and take a few pictures.

Morning everyone, what a miserable dark rainy day, it's chucking it down.

It's getting harder & harder to get out of bed for me lately! I'm usually up with the larks, must be the time of year.

Christmas smilies! a certain frequent fliers favourite

Speaking of which my missus put the Christmas tree up last night (un-decorated) to get the terrible twosome ninjas used to it

Seeing Jeff's breakfast has made me hungry, now the moggies have been seen to It's my turn.

Very nice, I see those cans of drink are 49 pence in the B/M stores, Lemon or Orange.

Years ago my father spent quite a bit of money getting an old (but not valuable) clock serviced after it stopped. Ran fine for a while then stopped again. I ended up buying a battery mechanism and stuck it in, still going.

Default Excellent Result

Last Tuesday went online and applied for the marriage allowance backdated to 2015, that is as far back as one could go, guess what this morning received a cheque for £662 pounds.
