Pop a supply on them too...
I think either would actually look ok in the bumper position you are going to put them, but if they are from different sources the outputs could vary a bit and might make your decision quickly.... |

The bottom set look like mine. To give you an idea; But I now think the top set look quite subtle and stylish from the photo. Imo I think they would sit just right your seafrost blue Tourer.

When connecting the DRL relay, has an inline fuse been fitted and if so, what rating?

I wire mine as side lights, that way a relay and dimming system is not required.

I have a controller that not only dims the DRLs but also, turns off the appropriate DRL when the indicators are flashing so I feel that a fuse in the line would be a good safety idea but I don't really know what would be the best rated fuse to fit.

This is what they look like on a Mk1 -
They dim 50% when the headlights are on. Oh heck! I do hope this doesn't turn into another love 'em/hate 'em war! Chad.
