Mark can you buy the MK1 mesh and is it easy to change? Or do I have to buy a bumper and remove it!

I managed to get a set off Sean Carter for a bargain price. It's a bit of a faff to fit, but not hard. You have to break the plastic weld for the bottom bits and a bit of trimming here and there with a angle grinder (mind the sparks!) Then I used a product called sticks like **** to stick the plastic bits back on with the new mesh in place. Then put the whole bumper next to the electric fire in the living room (missus was overjoyed) so it set quicker. Then refit the bumper. More time consuming than hard, took me about 3-4 hours with plenty of coffee breaks. |

It's honestly not hard, I've probably made it sound more complicated than what it is. I was presently suprised that not much cutting of the mesh was required.

I didn't wait until it fully set as it takes 24 hours, just enough for it to hold whilst I fitted the bumper back on. |

Yes, I used a hammer and sharp chisel to knock the little bits of plastic weld off, took about 10 minutes to get it all off.
