That's the joys of boating 😃.. But it may be a lot of pain Andy but its a great gain. My biggest regret was letting swmbo get her own way and make me sell my Shetland.. 😟 You will have to post some pic's

Any chance of a link Steve, as my friends ZT 120 has split bolsters.

Well, that's the rain on.

Working my way through all the little jobs.
Repaired the two small tears in the front pass seat, the biggest one (nearest the camera) I'm quite happy with, the other (at the seam with the alcantara) is a bit of a bodge but at least the filling isn't trying to escape anymore, I'll revisit it sometime.
Gear knob refurbished, the top was yellow and split.
Was going to touch up the rear window trim, the black painted chrome but rain stopped play.

Ian, I got the vinyl from here I used it as I said on the tear nearest the camera, tucked a piece behind the leather and glued the tear to it, came out quite well considering I'm no upholsterer.

Now that's a size of boat I could live with! I don't like anything that isn't big enough to have cooking facilities . . . . not into small boats at all. Stems from when I was in the ATC, canoeing on the River Tweed, it was an old, heavy, glassfibre two man canoe, it capsized in shallow water, other guy got out but I found myself wedged between the canoe and the river bottom, put me off small boats for life.

Med should be OK but I'd avoid Africa and South America in case she gets recognised

Ever since that canoeing incident haven't liked any boat that isn't big enough to have a restaurant onboard! One time we were visiting my wife's family in the Philippines my father in law had arranged a trip which involved a 15-20 minute journey in a small fishing boat, one of those motorised outrigger canoes. I was not a happy bunny but went along so as not to spoil it for everybody else. Strangely enough my wife took a pic of me in the outrigger and it's just about the best photo of me ever taken
