Quite mild again today, 11 degrees, same for tomorrow, then the rest of the week from Boxing Day onwards, its going to turn much colder again. down to 2-4 degrees. I have the work Christmas party on Wednesday night, not sure if its a meal ,or just a drink,I don't drink much, so might just stop for a couple of pints ,then make my excuses and come home.

The other two sadists didn't have enough retail therapy yesterday at the Trafford centre so they've gone to the Manchester Arndale centre this morning....Mental.

I've been left orders to bathe our old cat, I don't know what he's been rolling in but he stinks and his fur is a bit of a mess with his age.

I don't think old Ernie was best pleased but he smells a lot better.

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Top tea tonight, Lamb shank in a rich gravy, a few roasties, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower still no sign of the shoppers , (must be bedlam in Manchester city centre) and I think Ernie the cat has fallen out with me because I bathed him, he's sat on the window sil over the radiator ignoring me

The milkman has left us 6 bottles of milk I don't think he's coming back til the new year, I've only got room for two bottles in the fridge
You'll have to drink more beer then Ian to make room for the milk

Good morning to all in the Zone and best wish's to you all on this special day. Sit back, chill out and make merry, remember SWMBO will be more than happy for you to do this while she gladly prepares and serves your Christmas dinner
