Then took a chance and took it for a run.
Went like a dream seemed better than before
Will leave it alone for the winter getting a bit nippy in the garage now.

That's a bummer about the new ignition system Freddie, One step forward two steps back eh.

I know what you mean Rev, I went to a great guy for my MOT's for decades but he retired & the new people were not a patch on the service I had with him, I had one car MOT'd there after he retired & the drivers seat was covered in black oil I had a right do with them & found somewhere else.

Good luck with yours.
I never did get that black oil stain out of the seat.

Morning Phil - we're only about 24 degrees below you! As you have no doubt guessed I'm on the school run this morning, complete with heavy jumper, lined fleece and thermal gloves
At least I won't overheat on the uphill journey home.

The school run under those conditions Rod does not look very nice, but maybe a photography opportunity might come up along the way Mind how you go.
