Chris I would put a paypal claim in NOW, it can always be reversed.

It will make them act quicker as they freeze the traders account so they can not draw off any money

Well tis in China , has some clearance problem of course .. even I've completed every form as required .. seems they may want extra info that wasn't asked for at the start !!

---------------------------------

Reason For Delay: Recommended Action: 1. The cost of the repair, alteration, warranty for the item(s) on the Commercial Invoice is needed for classification. Market value of the items may also be required. Shipper to provide repair costs or market value.

Chris,
You are going to loose it.
That is the cardinal error. NOT SHIPPING PARCEL POST. (Parcelforce/EMS)

They WILL come back to the Seller for taxes, They WILL be exorbitant
Plus Fedex will charge fees for handling the import.

If you can Claim on Paypal DO IT NOW

Just heard back from the supplier of mine.

Mine wouldn't play any CD's or DVD's, well not for more than 30 secs anyway.

They did same as for you - wanted a video and pics of what happened.

However they have asked if I want an exchange unit or a refund??

Am not sure what to do.

Would you go for the replacement or the refund?

Chris

LOL Sean Wish I could afford one of yours plus a DVB-T box, but alas I can't. Think I'll try a second unit, worst case scenario is same result. At least I know the supplier I use is willing to give refunds and exchanges. Chris
