Quality finish! Almost a shame it’s under the car an won’t be seen. Did you need to open up some of the holes to fit it back together? I found I had to on some motorcycle bits I had powder coated.

S544 AOX updates and restoration
A little update from the last few days….
The bonnet I replaced before getting 507 on the road has been painted internally pretty bad so I have stripped that and repainted it. The scuttle was completely wrong when I painted red it before so a new fresh paint has given it the correct finish. I’ve fitted headlight wash to the bumper. A lot of the new fresh powder coat has been fitted. Slam panel, traction mount, power steering bottle bracket, engine mount, engine steady bar, horn brackets, ppd bumper screws, wiper arms. Aswell as this a few parts have been given the plastic primer, semi gloss black and satin clear treatment. These included headlight washer jets, scuttle, traction control actuator, wheel nuts, bonnet pins, fog light grills, lower middle grill, wiper arm nut covers, wind mirror bodys. And anything else I can’t remember. All the rusty bolts removed and replaced. They were replaced with bolts that I cleaned up with a wire brush on a drill and clear coated to protect them. The alternator and surrounding allly parts have been cleaned up, according to pipes polished, cruise control bellows replaced with a nos one and the same with the bracket for it. Also did a full service on the engine and the gearbox. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
