With water tablets Derek, you have to make sure you keep your fluid intake going. Had a call from son earlier to go up the club to watch rugby,not my scene rather watch it at home,but used this as excuse to get my brother who recently lost is wife out of the house. On the way passed betting shop,£2EW@16/1 £2 WIN @ 7/1, £1EW double. £200 returns.So not all bad today.
