Morning Phil, I take it you have near 30 degree weather again today? Compared to here where it is only about 6/7 degrees.

Good morning Richard, 29C in the shade. I have been working in the garden doing the flowers and watering. Can't complain about the heat, dare not really comparing the weather to what you have to endure.

In answer to your question, Harry Kane is a young forward for Spurs. He hurt his ankle playing Millwall. An old injury, damaged ligaments will put him out of action for the next 4 weeks. He is a top striker, 19 goals this season. Hopefully, he will back in time for the game against Chelski.

G'day all - late arrival today. I've been out in the lovely warm sunshine, buying bits'n'pieces - window cills, skirting board, adhesives etc. Had to wash the bonnet on the car - looked like a herd of flying cows with bowel problems flew over during the night.
We're now about to go out and order light fittings - luckily SWMBO has offered to pay - so my wallet gets a rest.

Good afternoon Derek, if it's any consolation, in July 2011 I was in ICU for a week at a Heart Hospital with high blood pressure and heart failure. I have been on Beta Blockers ever since. With treatment the blood pressure and heart failure improved and I am keeping fairly well and active. It's a shock when you hear 'heart failure' ....and from that 'sensitive GP' of yours. At least he has referred you to a specialist. Take it easy
