Not all its cracked up to be Phil, liked train driving but it got boring, that and the shifts are a nightmare, start times (on the freight side) were based around the time the train you were working forward arrived, that could be 3am! That's why I moved into supervisory then managerial positions. Wouldn't really fancy train driving today, locomotives are the equivalent of eurobox cars, all the same. In my day you got variety, I was qualified to drive twelve different types.

I am taking it easy for the rest of the week as it's still very hot and I am gathering my strength up. Jessica tells me that when I stopped breathing, everything else had a strain put on it, everything...I think She has gone for a swim to cool off
