Might sound a silly question, but have you tried a different key? I'm thinking dodgy immobiliser chip in the key your using.

Tim and Russ have been trying for hours now and cant find the fault, but they think its definately fuel problems, unfortunately we dont have another key to try

I know you have checked the two normal fuel Pumps (in tank and under bonnet) but has anyone checked the HP pump?

not as yet, that might be next step, not quite sure how to check it though, without buying another one

I think I have one still in my stock but will have to check tomorrow as it is not shown on my Computer stock list.

Really must put some more lights in there its to dark to find anything other than Locks and alarms at night time.
