Thanks Derek

Tried adding a pic but no joy as no 'browse' to select a pic from my option that I can find. Tho that will just be me of course. Not a photobucket user (yet).

Hope your car is back, sorted and not too pricey! I get mine back tomorrow. Nothing much was found amiss, just a service, 6 new plugs, cleaned those plenum holes (yes there was water in it...), rear pads... so nothing nasty concealed by the seller, thankfully.

Yes I was really very pleased to find a 75 with those finishing touch features... took time in hunting one down and found it in Harrogate, eventually! A sunroof was a must on my list. Partner has a convertible so it's the least I could have . No, I've not got the wooden steering wheel so my airbag should stay untampered... BUT I'll be keeping a close eye on my torpedo badges!!

Looking forward to seeing 'Primrose' as the reason I have a 75 today is that when I was a boy a well-heeled neighbour took delivery of a primrose yellow 3500 Coupe (that would be about '68 I guess) and since then I was smitten by big Rover saloons... and the yellow is a rare sight!

Cheers
Gary

Hi Gary,

Try Photobucket, it is really easy and free!

You don't have to worry too much about your torpedoes as I have some already (still to fit them mind - see valeting section!) and so does pab. Keep an eye on the others though.

I will be interested to see Yellow Peril as well as I can't remember seeing a yellow 75 in years now.

Derek

Oooh.. I am happy!! Just worked out how to post the youtube video direct in to a post;

For those that have not as yet looked at the video of last year's event please have a look and see if it whets your appetite for this years?

For those that followed the earlier link, this is the same, just embedded this time since I now know it can be done. Yay!

Wow, it looked like a great event, I bet Actros couldn't get them lined up as neat and tidy as that. Some fantastic cars there in a great setting, Cant wait.
