The oaf over the road has been riding his mini moped up and down the estate this afternoon again, occasionally strapping his young child to the handlebars as well

Have made a quick video and reported him to the police.....yet again

Good evening Julien and Dawn

Jessica is staying on in Kenya until the end of September when travel is cheaper, so won't be going to Duxford. The price of the flights for air trave in August have gone through the ceiling in the past week. Luckily, I bought my ticket back to London last year when the prices were lower.

Health - I am still doing well no pain and no gangrene, apart from my bad memory. I think it was a side effect of being on life support etc. The doc says give it time. I am due a scan in London next month to check the graft and to see how everything is working, then a follow up appointment to see the surgeon. I have an abdominal aneurysm and an aneurysm in the other leg which is for screening... He said he will look after those for me. Keeping positive about the future and live for the day, the only way

Jessica always asks after you both. She calls you the "Gentle One"

How foolish and irresponsible of him to strap his little child to the handle bars of a moped. All it takes is a momentary lapse of control causing serious or fatal injuries in that moment as a consequence. When I did those trips Jeff, I had to do a medivac in an air ambulance to Rhodes, to bring back a British couple who came off their moped, sub staining serious injuries and they weren't wearing crash helmets. All the guy did was to turn his head to the side to speak to his wife on the back. They hit the kerb and it was mayhem. They were lucky to have survived.

Job abandoned as the in laws turned up and brought Sophie's half brother with them, he is not the type of 10 yr old I'd like near me when I'm under a car. I have no wish to have the car land on me when he succeeds in pushing it off the axle stands

Evening all, bent MG Northumbria today, great show, the weather was hot and sunny, cold and cloudy, hot and sunny ,then cold and cloudy again.
It stayed dry though, and we had a good day,Zed the Ted enjoyed the show too,and met some of the club members.Photos will follow on his thread.
