I am starting off from Enfield with a Ignition Blue ZS following. So A10 then M25 and onto the M1 and remember I'll be in a Mirage Blue ZT, so Don't go looking for The Yellow One.
And yes Steve it is a bright morning. Got time to give the car a quick wash.

Will have to pass on todays meet I am afraid..i didn't get as much done on the car yesterday as hoped so not confident in undertaking the journey, compounded by the numpty who fitted my tyres yesterday not putting the locking wheelnut key back in the car...

Just got home in a record 1 hour 15 mins , must be today's XPower upgrade lol. To be fair , trying the car out a bit probably did cause me to drive faster than normal though it wasn't deliberate.
It was nice to meet up with all the old faces as ever and find out a bit more about who's who. Being **** with names , even after exchanging hellos with the same people for 2 years I still get the names mixed up. Still I think I sussed a couple more today and met my almost neighbor from Harlow. I met a couple of first timers too so I hope I made them feel welcome. The only down side (apart from the rain and the miserable chap behind the bar) was my dinner 'date' blew me out for a drive in a V8 , he really is easily driven astray that one Cheers Mas

Many thanks
I would like to say a very BIG THANKYOU to Andy for sorting out and fixing my back seat. Only cost 'alf tank of petrol. Also thanks to Ben for his assistance in helping as well.
My friends who came along in, Ziggy ZS, also enjoyed themselves. Glad to belong to such a great club. A most enjoyable day and a great location. Hope Mrs Pete is ok. Will get some pictures posted up tomorrow.

The very least I could do. Thanks again for collecting and storing the wheel for me. Hope I can return the favour some time, as you didn't even get your coffee. A good meet. Weather turned on us towards the end though. |
