No longer AWOL

I found it in the summerhouse, on a high shelf, hiding in a dark corner. I worked out where would be the last place I would look and there it was, in the first place I looked this morning.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Well done Harry

I lost the remote for the DVD player. Had sold my old telly and gave them the freeview box and both remotes. Took the house apart. Finally gave up (thinking I must have put it in the bag with the other remotes)and looked on ebay and found to original replacements. Left it a day looked again and still nothing. Went back to ebay and both remotes had been sold

One more pointless search down the sofa (the 5th time) and low and behold, there it was. Embarrassing to say, but without thinking I kissed it. lol

I can actually be using something and put it down for a moment and then spend the rest of the day trying to find it.
Tend to buy things in twos nowadays to double my chances of finding what I want. Lol

I lost my purse one day. Had to cancel all my cards, what a nightmare! A few months later I was trading my wedgewood 75 in for a black 75 tourer. Yip, found the purse right at the back of the glovebox when I was clearing it out.

About 30 years my big cousin who worked for a stationery company gave me a box of erasers, about 30 of them. My mum got fed up of me and my brother going in and helping ourselves and decided to hide them. 30 years later that box still hasn't turned up.

I have that problem too. The thing is she doesn’t remember where she has put them
