Ron,

With the system is 'Econ' mode you should be able to control the output air temperature. Have you tried setting it to '18' or even the minimum 'LO'?

Some of the flaps may not be working, there is a self diagnostic that can be carried out on the system by pressing several buttons at the same time but I forget how its done, I know the instructions are on here somewhere.
