Default Coolant Leak

I need a heads up on coolant leaks on a N/A 1.8 system. It has been losing coolant erratically for some time, so I chucked some K-Seal in and a sparkly trail appeared from the Tee-piece in the coolant hose by the alternator. The clip looked a bit past it so I fitted a Jubilee clip instead and took it for another run. The T-piece looks OK but coolant was dripping from the front if the subframe.
Are these bits a known leak point?
I am considering replacing the T-piece and the hose that runs down by the exhaust. Anywhere else to look before I make the order?

Search for 'Gerry-T' before ordering anything.

As TC says do your research on here before your order anything & don't order another plastic 'T' piece.

Thread moved to the technical help forum, redirection left in the old location.

The T-piece is two pieces of moulded plastic, they fail on the joint which is central in the construction.

Below is a picture of the stainless steel version, which has been fitted to my car for over three years without a problem.

Note the OP has had an ongoing leak since July 2011 and even visited Lates for advice, later posts said financial reasons forced delay hence K-seal used. No doubt all advice about coolant leakages has been given and read in the past 7-months.

K-seal applied several months ago and obviously failed to work in this case.

No, thats not me. I found the intake gasket hadn't been changed when the headgasket was done prior to my ownership which was one leak, this one is more recent.
I'll have a look for the T info on here; I didn't before as I was off to work when I made the post.
Cheers lads!
