they can be removed if you dont have the airbags jakes and op has the trims are fixed to the bag

I thought the air bags were in the B pillar..The centre one that is... Thought we were talking about the A pillar now... By the windscreen..

No they are in the A Pillar Poppy, and above the side windows. Have the photos somewhere on my phone.

Default A pillars the ones on the side of the windscreen.

As far as i know having removed the panels and recovered them in leather the ones with out the air bags just pop off, the airbag ones have to be deactivated first and then removed, they are also held on by retainer straps to stop them from hitting you in the head if the bags go off
