on the basis of the trouble with the K series and the known fault with the V6 + belt saga....... yes, i'd say i was better off with a diesel. when i owned my k series 75 last year, i got fed up with watch the temp gauge instead of where i was going and nearly went into the back of someone on the M6 at 70mph. too much aggro for someone my age. been there and done all that caper. the price of fuel is stupid these days as well.

i believe that anyone buying a 75 these days, shouldn't look beyond a diesel. great cars and also, the road tax is cheaper.

as is often said, they are bullit proof. (i don't actually believe that personally)
