Whatever happened to the yellow 75 Tourers?
I did a quick search here for this but did not find anything....
It was around the time of the sad demise of MG Rover Group. Stuck in the system, but built and off the track, were 3 very special Rover 75 Tourers. Normal thing, waiting for parts they did not have at the time, so they sat unfinished except for a few small items. Over the next few months, they did manage to finish them, and for a while they were parked side by side and then dispatched from the site. Now before you all go "that sounds awful!!!" This combination of colour and trim really did work - they just looked stunning!!! Rover 75 Tourer CDti Contempory SE don't know if it was manual or auto... Premium front bumper option Black Contempory leather seats And finaly - Trophy Yellow Paint!!! (Not Sunspot Monogram) What were they for and what happened to them?!!! |
