Headlight Adjuster Cog
So my car hasn't sold as yet, MOT expired, so I thought I'll put 12 months on it and then it will have a better chance.
It failed.  It failed for the want of the off-side headlight was out and couldn't be adjusted. So I've had a look at the offending item and the vertical headlight adjuster on the off-side headlight is missing one of the two white plastic cogs that move the metal rod to adjust the headlight. I've got the one that sits horizontally that you do the adjusting with, but the vertical one that turns the bar is just missing. Can I get it as a part? Has anyone improvised a replacement cog/mechanism to turn the rod? |
