But they do. My local authority, who I actually work for, has an 11 strong brigade, sorry department, whose sole job is to make sure everyone says the right thing. I do not understand what is the big problem about criminals, when it can be 100% proved they did the crimes, why it is so wrong for them to be flogged or hung, these people do not think bout the mental or personal injury they course to the people they submit the crimes. We live in a country that nobody dare to protect them selves, we can not teach kids in any other way than talking to them in a nice way. All the do gooders do my head in.

we must be only country that employs that type of people, i can remember 1 council had people go round shops 2 make sure stuff was sold in kilos and grams not in the pounds and ounces we understood,

LOL. Well, just looking at the telly Fred... If this ain't civil unrest now, I don't know what it..... The army are here to serve and protect... Just the same as the police.... But are better trained to deal with this sort of thing and of course, better equipped too....Surely, as a looter, the threat of being shot would be a big deterrent...
