Usual cause of this is front offside ABS sensor but that is usually accompanied by an ABS warning light

Edit : 60 seconds....not bad

Ebay sell cheap ones, people say they are OK

for a OEM one rimmers is the place but will cost an arm and a leg. Simple plug in affair but can be difficult to get the sensor out of the hub. If you have to drill it out be very careful not to touch the bearing in the hub or you will have to change the bearing.

Before you change the sensor, check the wheel has not rubber the wire to the sensor ( a common fault )

there are two sensors on the front offside one is the brake pad sensor the other with a blue connector is the abs. connector is under the bonnet just above the wheel arch

I have a one. Was about to put it the sales section. My n/s packed up about 9 months ago so I got one off ebay, not oem but it's been perfectly o.k. so I bought another as a spare and also 2 rears. I have just sold my cdt 75 so no longer need them. £18 the front and £20 each the rears +p&p £2ea or £4 all 3. PM me if any good.
